Delivery

We post to UK addresses only, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands and islands. Postage is £3.00 for the first item. Each extra CD adds 50p and each extra T-shirt adds £1.50. If your order has both CDs and T-shirts, you pay whichever of the two works out higher, not both. You’ll get an email when your order is on its way.

Digital downloads have no postage.

Changed your mind? You have 14 days

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Just email office@morningstarmusic.co.uk with your order number and tell us you want to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back.

Please return items unworn and unwashed, in the condition you received them.
You pay the cost of posting a change-of-mind return back to us. We recommend a tracked service.
We’ll refund the price of the items and the original postage within 14 days of getting them back (or of you showing us proof you’ve posted them), to the card you paid with.
If an item comes back worn or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives faulty, damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 30 days of receiving it and we’ll put it right with a full refund or a replacement — your choice — and we’ll cover the return postage. This doesn’t affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Sizes

If the size isn’t right, email us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll swap it for another size if we have it in stock, or refund you as above.

Digital downloads

Downloads are MP3 files. You get a download link straight after payment, in your order email and in your account.

Your right to cancel downloads. Because a download is supplied straight away, at checkout we ask you to agree to it being supplied immediately and to confirm you understand that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download starts. If you haven’t started the download, you can still cancel within 14 days of buying it for a full refund.

Faulty downloads. If a file is faulty, won’t play or won’t download, email us and we’ll send a working copy or refund you. This doesn’t affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Copyright and download licence

When you buy a download (or a CD), you get a personal licence to listen to the music for your own private, non-commercial use. You may keep the files and copy them to your own devices. You may not share, upload, sell, hire out, stream, broadcast or play the recordings in public, or use them in any video, film, advert or other work, without our written permission.
